Sponsored Slot & Credit Rules

These rules cover WishSky credits and sponsored game placements. They are part of our Terms of Service and the Developer Agreement. Credit purchases and sponsored placements are available only once they are offered on the site.

1. Credits

• 1 credit equals 1 US dollar of prepaid WishSky service. Credits can be spent only on WishSky services, such as sponsored placements.
• You can buy credits in packs, or earn them as delivery rewards: 10 credits for each wish your game fulfils, up to 30 credits per calendar month (UTC).
• Purchased credits are valid for 24 months; reward credits for 6 months. Reward credits are used first, then the credits that expire soonest.
• Credits have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold, withdrawn or exchanged for money.
• Refunds: unused purchased credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, less any non-refundable payment fees. Spent credits, reward credits and placements that have started cannot be refunded.

2. Slots and schedule

• Home carousel: 3 slots. Category tops: 2 slots in each of up to 12 categories.
• Auctions run weekly. Bidding is open from Tuesday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC; winning games are shown the following Monday to Sunday.
• Reserve prices: 10 credits (home carousel) and 5 credits (category tops).

3. Bidding

• Auctions are open and ascending: every bid, its amount and the maker's name are public.
• Each new bid must beat the current one by at least 1 credit or 5%, whichever is higher.
• You hold one active bid per slot; raising it replaces your previous bid.
• Credits are held while your bid is among the winners and released the moment you are outbid. Winners pay their own bid.

4. Late bids

A bid in the last 10 minutes that changes the winning order extends the close by 10 minutes, at most 6 times.

5. Withdrawing a bid

You can withdraw a bid once per auction, and only more than 24 hours before it closes. A fee of 10% of the bid applies.

6. Who can bid

• Only approved games with a checked store link. Category slots require the game to carry that category's tag.
• Once a game has 10 reviews, it needs an average rating of 3.5 or more to appear in the home carousel.
• Related accounts may not bid in the same auction. Suspected collusion, click fraud or other abuse can void bids and suspend bidding.

7. Labelling and fairness

Sponsored games are always labelled "Sponsored". Sponsorship never affects wish rankings, curated scores or reviews.

8. Outages and reports

If a placement is interrupted for more than 4 hours because of a fault on our side, it is extended by the same time. Performance reports (impressions, clicks, plays, reviews and cost per click) are sent within 24 hours after a placement ends.
